Returns Policy

Dracakis Jewellers will gladly accept items purchased for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase, however, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received the item, and accompanied by the original packaging, including receipt & certificates.

When requesting a refund or exchange for items purchased online – the items must be returned to us by post or registered courier.
