We source our natural emeralds from all over the globe, with most of them coming from Columbia or Zambia with most of our gemstones displaying a vivid green colour & natural inclusion, making each one uniquely beautiful.

Dracakis Jewellers will gladly accept items purchased for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original packaging, including receipt and certificates. Please note that all clearance sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

When requesting an exchange for items purchased online - the items must be returned to us by post or registered courier.
