Caution: This Sonic Jewellery Cleaning Kit should not be used to clean oil-treated stones such as emeralds, porous stones such as opals, coral, and pearls; or fashion jewellery. Do not use on jewellery with water-soluble fixings.

Dracakis Jewellers will gladly accept items purchased for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original packaging, including receipt and certificates. Please note that all clearance sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

When requesting an exchange for items purchased online - the items must be returned to us by post or registered courier.
