Dracakis Jewellers will gladly accept items purchased for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original packaging, including receipt and certificates. Please note that all clearance sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
